Short ribs
Do you ever cook something great and then totally forget about it? That was short ribs for me. I hadn’t made these in such a long time, but my wife started requesting them because they’re one of her favorites. This is rich fare, perfect for the colder weather we’re getting now. The great thing about this dish is the final result is incredibly decadent, but they’re actually really easy to make. I like Ethan Chlebowski’s recipe:
